The Noise Assessment Tool is a tool used for noise assessments. As shown in the video, it primarily consists of two components: Web-NAT and ODEN. Web-NAT includes LimA and Web-NAT Compliance Excel, which can be used to control noise mitigation measures and electronically submit traffic noise impact assessment reports. The ODEN component generates outputs such as .out files and Receptor Summary Excel files, and the calculation results must be entered into Web-NAT Compliance Excel (both the morning and afternoon versions). This tool is designed to assist users with noise assessments through a systematic process and relevant functions, providing support from data generation and management to report submission, ultimately achieving effective noise assessment and control.
